Go to our sign-up page and follow the instructions. Keep some form of ID nearby, as we’ll need to verify your identity (this is standard practice for all financial service providers, and helps keep our platform safe and secure).

Which currencies are available in TransferGo’s multi-currency account?

We currently offer four currencies: GBP, EUR, PLN and RON, with more options coming soon.

Are there any fees for holding multiple currencies?

No, it’s free to hold as many currencies as you like. Fees only ever apply when you make a transaction—and are always shown upfront.

How do I exchange currencies in a multi-currency account?

Exchanging currencies is simple. Go to your account via our app or website and select ‘convert’ in whichever currency balance you wish to exchange money from.

You’ll see the live exchange rate and the amount of money your exchange yields. If you’re happy with it, go ahead and confirm.

What are the exchange rates and fees for converting currencies?

Although variable, TransferGo’s exchange rates are consistently among the best available.

Applicable fees are also dependent on the payment method (for example, payments from one TransferGo account to another incur no fees).
